Velocity Dance Convention | 2026 Season Finale Gala
You will be able to pick up your gala badges prior to the event. If you are registered with a full studio attending, your studio owner/director will be picking up your badges and distributing them to you. If you are attending as an individual from a studio, you can pick up your own badge.
*On the evening of the Gala, you must have your badge/lanyard on at ALL times!
There will be tiered entry times for the event.
VIP Seating: 4:00pm
Main Seating: 4:30pm
House Seating: 4:45pm
Dinner will start to be served at 4:30pm. Please make sure that you are in your seat no later than 5:30pm to ensure that you receive your dinner in a timely manner before the show begins.

To make the checkout process as smooth as possible, we strongly recommend collecting all meal selections from your studio before purchasing tickets. Meal selections must be made during checkout.
