Velocity Dance Convention | 2025 Season Finale Gala
You will be able to pick up your gala badges prior to the event. If you are registered with a full studio attending, your studio owner/director will be picking up your badges and distributing them to you. If you are attending as an individual from a studio, you can pick up your own badge.
*On the evening of the Gala, you must have your badge/lanyard on at ALL times!
There will be tiered entry times for the event.
VIP Seating: 4:00pm
Main Seating: 4:30pm
House Seating: 4:45pm
Dinner will start to be served at 4:30pm. Please make sure that you are in your seat no later than 5:30pm to ensure that you receive your dinner in a timely manner before the show begins.
The dinner options are as follows.
1) Roasted Free Range Chicken (Gluten Free) Black truffle under the skin roasted Jidori half chicken, parsnip Cherrywood bacon puree, duck fat Brussels sprouts, white truffle chicken jus
2) Vegetarian Entrée Option (Gluten Free) (Vegan)- Heart of Palm Cake: Furikake, Old Bay Seasoning, Smashed Peewee Potatoes, Piquillo Pepper-Vegan Aioli, Shaved Asparagus
3) Kids Meal: Crispy Chicken Fingers, French Fries
Each meal will come with the following:
Salad: Baby Greens (Gluten-Free) (Vegetarian) Artisan Lettuces, Heirloom Tomatoes, Shaved Purple Carrots, English Cucumbers, House made Green Goddess Dressing (*Vinaigrette dressing will be available from servers for those requesting vegan- must request this at the table)
Dessert: Pineapple Upside Down Cake (Gluten Free) (Vegan)
